Share your story with photos, videos, and compelling text. Set your funding goal and deadline. Our simple 4-step process guides you through:

Get Approved & Go Live
Our team reviews your campaign (usually within 24 hours). Once approved, your campaign appears on the map for donors to discover. Share your unique campaign link on social media to maximize reach.
Engage & Update
Keep donors engaged with regular updates, photos, and milestones. Respond to comments, thank supporters, and show the impact of their generosity. The more you engage, the more support you'll receive.
Receive Funds
Request a payout when your campaign deadline is reached or you've raised 80% of your goal. Funds are transferred to your verified bank account within 3-5 business days.

Common Questions
How long does campaign approval take?
Most campaigns are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours.
What fees do you charge?
We charge a 5% platform fee plus 2.9% payment processing fee. Donors can optionally cover these fees so campaign creators receive 100% of the donation amount.
Is my donation secure?
Yes! We use Yoco, South Africa's leading payment processor, with bank-level encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I get a tax receipt?
Currently, only donations to registered NPOs/charities are eligible for tax receipts. We're working on expanding this feature.
