Our Mission
We are dedicated to advancing the mental wellness of boys and men. We exist to create spaces where boys and men can build self-awareness, develop emotional intelligence, strengthen resilience, and access meaningful mental wellness education and support. Through school-based programmes, community initiatives, workshops, conversations, and awareness campaigns, we empower boys and men to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. At We Are Minds, we believe that investing in the mental wellness of boys today creates healthier men, stronger families, and more resilient communities tomorrow. Our work is rooted in dignity, compassion, prevention, and hope, ensuring that every boy and every man knows that his wellbeing matters and that seeking support is a sign of strength. Together, these initiatives enable We Are Minds to promote mental wellness across every stage of life, with a particular commitment to empowering boys and men while strengthening families, workplaces, schools, and communities. MindWise Boys School-based mental wellness programme equipping boys with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and life skills for healthy development. ReMind Him Men's mental wellness initiative promoting healing, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful conversations. MindFuel Youth Youth development programme focused on leadership, confidence, personal growth, and future readiness. MindFul Community Community-based mental wellness outreach through dialogues, workshops, awareness campaigns, and healing spaces. MindWell Workplace Workplace wellbeing programme helping organisations build mentally healthy, resilient, and productive teams. MindFul Families Strengthens family relationships through parenting support, communication, and emotional wellness education. MindReach Express Mobile outreach initiative bringing mental wellness education.
