Our Mission
Inelayo Foundation is a South African nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering unemployed youth through skills development, career preparation and employment opportunities. Our Youth Employment Academy equips young people with practical workplace skills in Call Centre & Customer Experience, RE5 examination readiness, and Digital Workplace & Cybersecurity Essentials. We believe that training alone is not enough — our goal is to connect talented young people with employers and create pathways into sustainable careers. Through partnerships, training and mentorship, we are working to reduce youth unemployment and help young South Africans achieve financial independence, support their families and build better futures. Every contribution helps us provide opportunities, resources and hope to young people who are ready to work but need a chance.
