Speak & Heal: Revamping Zamokuhle Clinic We are a community project working with Zamokuhle Clinic in Soweto. The need: Right now, the clinic room used for disclosure and healing is bare, worn, and not welcoming. The couch is torn. The chairs are stacked and scuffed. The toys are old. The walls are plain. For children and adults who come here to share painful stories, the space should feel safe, warm, and cared for, but today it doesn’t. Our goal: To revamp this room with color, comfort, and care. We want to create a healing environment where people in Soweto feel safe to speak and start to heal.
