Jam Jam Charity NPC was founded by Babalwa Jam Jam, a Cape Town community leader who built this organization from the ground up out of lived experience and a deep commitment to her community. Having witnessed firsthand the cycles of poverty, hunger, and hardship that shape life in Cape Town's disadvantaged areas, Babalwa chose to respond not with words but with action. What began as a personal mission to feed families and restore dignity has grown into a community movement guided by three simple pillars: Feed, Restore, and Inspire. She believes that every person, especially every young person, deserves a chance to thrive."
