CHRISTMAS OF HOPE 2026 - 300 FAMILIES, 300 SMILES by Zenani Community Development Organisation NPO 260-800 WHO WE ARE: Zenani Community Development Organisation NPO (Ref: 260-800) is a registered NPO serving Mafora and surrounding areas in Bloemfontein Free State. We restore dignity through school shoes and food. In 2025/2026 we distributed 130 pairs of school shoes supported by My Walk Made With Soul, featured in the newspaper "School shoes for 30 learners." As our founder said: "When I was a learner I also had this problem of not having shoes. I know what it feels like to stand at the gate and feel ashamed... I felt that it was the right thing to change someone's life, the way I wished someone had changed mine." - Zenani Wittes THE NEED - WHY 300 FAMILIES: For 300 families in Bloemfontein- Mafora and surrounding areas, Christmas means no shoes, no food, no soap. Children go to school barefoot. We have a waiting list of 250 from our last drive. This Christmas we want to give them hope. WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED We reduced from 500 to 300 families to be realistic and achievable. R350 sponsors 1 full Family Hope Pack. WHAT YOUR R350 PROVIDES - ONE FAMILY HOPE PACK: 1.
